These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Board & Beyond website and online courses. By creating an account, enrolling in a course or using the site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You may use the service to study for SSC, HSC and related exams. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. One account is for one student. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Course access and licence
When you enrol, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the course content for your own study. You may not share your account, copy, record, resell or redistribute any class, video or material.
4. Payments and pricing
Course prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and may change from time to time. Payment is made through our payment partners (such as aamarPay, bKash or Nagad). Access to paid content is granted after successful payment.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property
All course videos, notes, model tests and other materials are the property of Board & Beyond or its instructors and are protected by law. You receive only the access rights described above.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by sharing accounts, distributing content, attempting to disrupt the platform, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
8. No guarantee of results
We work hard to help you succeed, but we cannot guarantee any specific exam grade or result. Outcomes depend on the effort and circumstances of each student.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, including for sharing or redistributing content, without refund where appropriate.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Board & Beyond is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
