This Refund Policy explains when you can get a refund for a course bought from Board & Beyond. Because our courses are digital and give immediate access to valuable content, the terms below apply.
Cooling-off period
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have watched less than 20% of the course content and have not downloaded any restricted material.
When refunds are not available
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase.
- You have watched 20% or more of the course.
- Free content, trial lessons or promotional items.
- Live batch seats once the batch has started.
How to request a refund
Message us on WhatsApp at +8801635598183 or email help@boardandbeyond.academy with your name, the phone/email used to buy, the course name and the reason for the refund.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (for example bKash or Nagad) within 7-10 working days. Any payment-gateway charges may be deducted where applicable.
